For the PQ program, one of the things I found really helpful was how it helped me access mindfulness throughout the day. I had always told myself I wanted to be more mindful, but the way the PQ program and app work made it practical and accessible.

It truly helped me establish a mindfulness practice that is sinking in and sticking in a way I hadn’t been able to achieve before.

I also really enjoyed learning about the different saboteurs. One of mine is being a pleaser, and this program encouraged me to ask, “What would please me?” It invited me to reconnect with my intentions and what I truly want. It’s also helped me let go of what I cannot control, take a stand where I can, and be more aware of where I have the capacity to make meaningful changes in my life.

Doing the program with a group was fantastic for accountability, and Chloe as a coach was truly amazing. She understands the content deeply, is consistently supportive, and reminds me that I don’t have to be perfect. She is compassionate, a great cheerleader, and also honest and real, which made me feel like I was genuinely progressing.
